Personal Pizzas
Ingredients: Bagels OR English muffins, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni
Directions: Split the bagels or muffins in half; each child gets half. Spread pizza sauce on top with a spoon. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add pepperoni (or other toppings) if desired. Cook in toaster oven, conventional oven, or microwave until cheese is melted.
